TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTION PERIOD

Promotion begins January 1, 2009 at 00:00 GMT and ends on January 31, 2009 at 23:59 GMT. ("Promotion Period")

ELIGIBILITY

Promotion open to players who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in the United States and where prohibited by law. Employees of Ultra Internet Media S.A., its subsidiaries and affiliates are ineligible.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must enter bonus code VEGAS09 or VEGAS092 and make $250 in wagers on any combination of eligible games over the course of the Promotion Period. All available games at Imperial Casino will be eligible. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be earned. Additional entries will not be awarded for dollar sums that equal less than $250.

Players who have a valid email address at the time of the promotion will receive additional opportunities to earn entries via email, provided they have entered the VEGAS09 and VEGAS092 codes.

An additional 15 players will win leaderboard prizes ranging from 200 – 1,500 entries. All leaderboard prizes are open to players who have entered bonus code VEGAS09 or VEGAS092. Leader board standing is based on the total number of entries that a player has earned during the promotion. These entries also include those earned via email-exclusive bonus codes.

WINNER SELECTION

Odds of winning are dependent on total number of entrants and total wagers made. A random drawing will be conducted on or before February 13, 2009. Only one Grand Prize (1) winner will be selected.

GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize will be one (1) holiday package which includes: airfare and a five night stay in Las Vegas at a luxury hotel for one (1) winner and one (1) guest, based on dual occupancy, and $2,000 in spending cash. (ARV: $5,500). This package will include coach airfare, hotel accommodations, and airfare taxes, service charges and fees. The bearer of this trip voucher will be responsible for any other expenses incurred including but not limited to: meals, beverages, gambling, alcohol, items of personal nature, souvenirs and gratuities.

Selected travel dates will be subject to the following: (a) must be between March 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009, (b) include a Saturday night stay, and (c) must not fall between the following dates: March 15-22, 2009, May 22-26, 2009, and September 4-8, 2009. All dates must be mutually agreed upon by the Promotion Administrator and the Prize Winner. The Promotion Administrator reserves the right to reject or alter selected travel dates.

Airline tickets are non-refundable in cash, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Individuals will be responsible for payment of excess baggage charges, upgrades and any other charges incurred after issuance of tickets.

In the event that the chosen winner is unavailable or unreachable, this trip will be transferred to an Alternate.

RESTRICTIONS

No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of the Promotion Administrator, who reserves the right to substitute all or part of the prize value with one of comparable value. Winner is responsible for payment of prize taxes or any other expenses not stated specifically herein.

The selected guest must be age 21 or older on or before the date of travel.

NOTIFICATION

The Grand Prize winner will be notified (“Notification”) via e-mail and/or telephone within 15 days of drawing. The Promotion Administrator reserves the right to determine the method of Notification. Failure to acknowledge receipt of Notification of prize within seven (7) days will cause the prize to be forfeited and an Alternate will be selected. The Promotion Administrator is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner or for the winner’s late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to claim the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Administrator in all matters relating to the promotion, and (b) to release the Promotion Administrator from all liability for any software program, network, or Internet malfunctions, failures or difficulties at any time, and (c) to release and hold harmless the Promotion Administrator, affiliates, parent companies and their respective employees from any liability for any and all losses, damages, rights or claims in connection with this promotion resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of this prize.

The Promotion Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or suspend this promotion due to technical difficulties or other causes. In the event of termination or suspension, notification of termination or suspension will be posted at Imperial Casino and all eligible entries received as of the termination date will be included in the random drawing.

By entering, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
